How to prepare for your test

Fasting tests

For fasting glucose, lipid profiles & some panels, avoid food for 8–12 hours. Water is fine. Early-morning slots are ideal.

Urine & stool samples

Use the clean container provided. For urine culture, a clean-catch midstream sample gives the most accurate result.

Bring your prescription

Carry your doctor's prescription and any previous reports so we can run exactly what's needed.

What tests do you offer? +

We offer a broad spectrum of evaluations — complete blood counts (CBC), comprehensive urine and stool analyses, thyroid profiles, diabetes screening (HbA1c and fasting/post-prandial), lipid profiles for heart health, CRP inflammatory markers and rapid malaria detection. In all, over 50 distinct tests across hematology, urinalysis and gastrointestinal diagnostics.

Do you provide home sample collection? +

Yes. Our trained phlebotomists collect samples at your home across Kulappulli and the surrounding Shoranur areas. Just book on WhatsApp or call us, and your verified report is delivered digitally — no need to travel.

What are your operating hours? +

We are open Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM. We remain closed on Sundays to allow facility-wide deep cleaning and the maintenance and recalibration of our diagnostic equipment.

Are your tests covered by health insurance? +

Coverage depends entirely on the terms of your specific health insurance policy. To help, our billing team provides fully itemised, medically-coded GST invoices that you can submit to your insurer for reimbursement claims.

Can I pay for packages in EMIs? +

EMI availability depends on prevailing bank offers and third-party financial partnerships active at the time of billing. Please ask our front desk for real-time options when you visit.

How and when will I receive my report? +

Verified, pathologist-signed reports are delivered securely via WhatsApp or email — usually the same day for routine panels. If you'd like help understanding your results, follow-up consultations are readily available.
